Ultrasound to help speech - Speech and Language Plus
For all my speech therapists out there, a graduate school professor of mine shared this. A company is trialing the use of ultrasound to see if it can improve and speed up a patient’s ability to see as well as hear their speech during therapy sessions. It seems like an awesome advancement in the speech and language field. Hope the research is successful and it helps many of our children and adults with speech impairments!
